Skin

“My favourite food for the skin is Cucumber! It helps to clear acne, soothe sunburnt skin and gives you a youthful radiant complexion. ”

“Foods high in Vitamin B will give you strong and healthy nails. These include watermelon, pine nuts, whole grains, quinoa, Spirulina, mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, nuts and seeds plus many more. “

Hair
“Nutrient deficiencies can result in weak and brittle hair. By eating a wide range of healthy foods – fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds you can keep your hair strong and healthy.
My favourites are pumpkin seeds, strawberries, almonds, beans and avocado! Also, coating your hair in coconut oil will really help to keep your hair looking amazing. Simply massage the oil through your hair and leave it on for about half an hour before washing off. It will give your hair nourishment and strength. “
Nutrition tips
“To look and feel your best you need to maintain a healthy diet filled with a wide range of clean and fresh foods.” Sarah, Summer Salt Body

Passionate about self growth, Im traveling the world to learn more about holistic fitness from varying cultural perspectives. While I stay put for a few months at a time, I like to 'live as a local' volunteering at health retreats, getting deep into workshops, training, cooking, meditating, dancing and anything that will keep me holistically fit while letting intuition guide me. My end goal is to help others how become deeply in tune with themselves, learning to listen to theit inner voice, conquer their demons and create a stronger version of themselves through health and fitness.
